Gibson has received her first England call-up after a fantastic season with bat and ball, she'll be hoping for the chance to prove all areas of her game at this year's Ashes.

Gibson’s Charlotte Edwards Cup campaign has been very impressive this year. Consistently scoring runs and taking wickets, including two fifties and a four-wicket haul in recent weeks.

Having been a reserve at the T20 World Cup, Gibson's best highlights are still to come, and she now looks to have a real chance of making her England debut.

Off the field

Gibson spends a lot of time in the gym, often sharing her routine on social media. This habit was nurtured after her ACL injury in December 2019 which kept her out of the game for over a year.

She also loves travelling, documenting her trips to Madrid, Edinburgh and Krakow online.
